You can independently verify the entity at the Georgian National Agency of Public Registry.

We collect only what we need to operate the quiz and the optional paid audit. Specifically:

• Quiz responses — the answers you give while taking the spending personality test.
• Email address — only if you choose to receive your result by email, or if you opt in to be notified when the paid audit launches.
• Audit purchase data — when paid audits go live, this includes order ID, amount, currency, and the billing email you provide. Card data is never stored on our systems.
• Technical data — IP address, browser user-agent, and pages viewed, used for aggregate analytics and abuse prevention.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.

• Contract — to deliver the quiz result and, when launched, the paid audit you purchased.
• Consent — to send you the welcome email sequence after you submit your email at the result page, and to notify you when the paid audit launches.
• Legitimate interest — to operate the service, prevent fraud and automated abuse, and improve the product through aggregate analytics.
• Legal obligation — to keep accounting records of paid orders for the period required by Georgian law.

We use the following service providers (data processors under GDPR Article 28). Each is bound by a data processing agreement and processes data only on our instructions.

• Keepz — card payment processing for paid audits.
• TBC Bank — settlement and corporate banking for paid transactions.
• Zoho Invoice — issuing invoices and receipts, and maintaining the accounting records we are required to keep.
• Brevo (Sendinblue) — sending the optional welcome email sequence and transactional emails such as the result link.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for quiz responses and audit lifecycle data.
• Cloudflare — application hosting, DNS, and content delivery.

We never sell or rent your email address or quiz responses to third parties.

Some of our processors operate outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard recognised under GDPR. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguard by contacting us.

• Quiz responses that are not tied to a paid order are anonymised after 90 days. After anonymisation, only statistical aggregates remain.
• Paid audit records (orders, invoices) are retained for the period required by Georgian accounting law, then deleted.
• Email-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe; every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the following rights under GDPR. We honor equivalent rights for users in other regions where applicable law provides them.

• Access — get a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data.
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
• Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

We use minimal first-party cookies necessary for the site to function (for example, to remember that you have already submitted the quiz on this device). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add cookie-based analytics in the future, we will update this page and present a consent banner before any non-essential cookies are set.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where supported by our processors. Access to user data inside our team is restricted on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure; in the unlikely event of a breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Substantive changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, communicated by email to subscribers. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
