In these Terms, "we", "us", and "Moneyimprint" refer to FYRE ZONE LLC trading as Moneyimprint. "You" refers to the person using the service.

Moneyimprint is a self-reflection tool. We offer:

• A free 3-minute spending personality test that returns a qualitative result describing one of five spending archetypes.
• An optional paid audit (when launched) that goes deeper into your specific pattern. The audit is described separately on the product page and is not yet available for purchase.

Moneyimprint does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, or psychological advice. For decisions about your money, consult a qualified professional.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using the service you confirm that you are.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit quiz responses or to flood any form (including the paid-audit notification form).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the service except as expressly allowed.
• Impersonate another person or supply false information.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or normal operation of the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these rules.

All text, design, source code, and original content on the service are owned by FYRE ZONE LLC or our licensors. The five spending-archetype labels (Spender, Saver, Hoarder, Avoider, Shopper) are generic English terms used as a framework; we do not claim trademark protection over them.

You may share a link to your own free quiz result page. You may not copy or republish our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

When the paid audit launches, the price will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Card payments are processed by Keepz; settlement is handled by TBC Bank; invoices and receipts are issued through Zoho Invoice. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Quiz results and any paid audit content describe patterns commonly associated with the archetype the test identifies for you. They are not financial advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.

We do not promise specific outcomes (for example, a specific amount of savings). Phrases like "many people in this pattern report…" describe ranges observed in research, not a guaranteed result for you.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim arose. For the free quiz, that amount is zero.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law — including mandatory EU consumer protections, which remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Georgia have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

EU consumer savings clause: if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where mandatory law gives you that right.

Before starting any formal dispute, we ask that you contact us first at hello@moneyimprint.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Substantive changes will be communicated by email to subscribers where appropriate. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
